Respected lawyers, If we want to register 2nd marriage then stamp paper agreement will do? Or we need decree compulsory?

You must get divorce decree of 1st marriage from court before 2nd marriage.

1. FIRSTLY, obtain proper "Divorce Decree" (compulsory) of your first marriage, from the local Family Court, by following due procedures of law.

2. Then Second Marriage must be registered in the Marriage Registrar office, by following due procedures of law.

3. However IF you are looking for Live-in-Relationship, THEN you may Notary Register, an Stamp paper Agreement with strategic clauses, to safe guard yourself against any future legal litigations.
