What do you mean by    "but she did not take proper divoirce from court."

Has she taken an improper divorce?

or

hasn't she taken divorce at all?

Your marriage will be "void ab initio", if she has not taken a divorce decree from the court. Hence if you want to keep her, you will have to marry her again after her divorce, or it will become bigamy. If you don't want her, you can simply take a declaration from the family court for declaring your marriage null and void, in the meantime you will not attract any marriage liabilities.
