x purchased an agriculure property in yr 2004.among 3 sllers , one died.new hiers transfered property in their name and sold property to Y.in meanwhile ,X-WHO WAS IN JAIL CAME OUTand sruggling to cancel first sale deed.if he had got transfer of property, 2nd sale would not be successful.
has any were decision ,where due to negligence of first buyer ,2nd sale was successful .hence first buyer should declared as faulty.thanks
