Girl has filed a court complaint case of 406 after 2.5 years of 498a, DV and Divorce. All cases are filed by girl's mother in kanpur
I saw the girl's 406 which has many contridictions including base less bills to decieve the court.
THERE IS A REPORT FROM POLICE WHICH SAYS THAT THERE IS NO PRIMA FACIE AND THE CASE CAN NOT BE REGISTERED BY THE POLICE
However lower court has accepted the complaint and issued summons for my mother sister and me.
Now my lawyer will appear in the court on the first date and get the official copy of the case and then I plan to move for quashing in High Court.
Current status and facts
1) 498a trial stage (Judge has framed the charges) girl is asked to appear in the court
2) Domestic Violence (Cross examination left) The girl is caught lying in the court regarding her employment details, now they are avoiding the case and take dates upon dates. Last time slapped with a fine of INR 300 by the judge for not appearing in the court
3) Divorce - Filed by the girl after a year of filing 498a. Under trial.
4) Duration of Marriage - 5.5 months
Duration of court cases - 2.5 years.
