498a & 125 & RCR going on and out put will take time, will step up as per court direction.
In addtion, is it adivisable to go for 420 causing life loss against opposite team excluding girl.
Reason : As per document Girl is pshychological disordered but she is petitioner in 498a & 125 rest team is hidden. Its not logical to impose any case on her, let she persue her own cases.
Documents Available:
1. Biodata sent against mine matremonial adv.
2. Matremonial history against 10 days stay (she claimed it one year in her case)
3. Pshychological + Educational documents after marriage.
4. Appointments of doctors by us for treatment (Offer denined by her parents)
5. Hand written documents of my father about matremonial matters.
6. Death Certificate of My father.
Please note it all happened in 7 months/ Girl is out of scene after 10 days.
I am just thinking for 420 causing life loss as independent case against In Laws & supporting team.
