Dear All,
My case in pending before mediation centre in Allahabad high court. Can I file any other case against her wife before meditation. If yes please advice this will be beneficial for negotiation process. I have able to file case section 380 ipc for stolen my house hold expense, Section 3 for giving Dowry , Inform To Tax Department For Huge Dowry Amount, departmental complaint for suspension from government jobs on the basic she marry with Dowry
