2 sons 13 and 11 yrs are living with father. wife left 4 months back. if she files for custody will the court grant custody to wife, sons not willing to live with mother. should father pay for wife's maintenance as she is post graduate and joined work recently. father taking care of sons now.

can a wife file 498a even after 15 years marriage? can she claim rights on property or alimony? the property was bought (sale deed) in my mother's name and later transferred to my name by way of SETTLEMENT DEED which was again transferred back to my mother 4 months back by way of SETTLEMENT DEED. so basically I do not have a property on my name now.
