506 and 125

Dear All Need kind advise wife filled 498/406/506 and 125 case on me.I ahve decree of Sec-9

Query are :-

1) in 125 interim .Court has decided interim of 3500 Rs PM.

2)Can i file appeal againts this order not revision pls.

3)How much time limit to file appeal in high court

4)Along with this what are documents required to file appeal.

5)major question for me is "KYA APPEAL FILE HONE KE BAAD ,INTERIM PAR STAY ORDER MIL SAKTA HAI,MEMEANS NO NEED TO PAY INTERIM TILL THE DECISION OF HIGH COURT".

Dear all experts pls advise me accordingly asap.

No Appeal - you can file a revision before the COS/HC u/s 397. In revision the court can stay the operation of lower court's order, or on the flip side refuse o listen to your revision unless arrears are deposited.
