Today from DCP office to PS my case go for FIR under sec 498a/496 &  ASI of CAW cell ask me go to PS & ask reader to who is IO (Name) of my case & meat him. what i do?

she allready filed under 125 & DV act case & i filed sec 9.

1. If the DCP has given the approval for registration of FIR against you, and you haven't obtained notice bail yet, don't go to the PS - you may be arrested. 2. Get a copy of FIR from Delhi Police Webstite and apply for Anticipatory Bail. 3. Fight other cases on their merits. Good Luck ! Adv. Bharat *Supreme Court of India *Delhi High Court *Distt. Thank you sir.  How much time does the police take to register the FIR as I understand the file should have reached the local PS by the evening today and how much time generally it takes to reflect the FIR details on the DP website?
