If everything is settled, then hold the final payment until she signs the papers for consent divorce and the same is through after final hearing and the judgment is pronounced effecting the dissolution of your marriage by a decree of divorce, after which you can settle the entire balance amount to her, please make sure that this is agreed upon by her.
