i need expert help.
my wife sister in law put 498A aginst all her faimley member including her name thru complaint case as Police didnt file FIR.
we had applied reiisue passport for name chnage then in police verfication we got to knwo that case against her.
finally we got court letter for passport and one year vlaidity passport she got.
she has to apply H4 dependant visa , is there any problem getteing that ? do we need to mention in DS160 in background section" in you arrested or convicted in any crimincal case : yes/No".
please help
