498a and Domestic Violence false case - Help

first of all tell me the view of  ur brother

1 first u published a bedakli news in the national news paper agianst ur brother and ur brother wife.

2 u cut ur brother name from ur ration card 

3. u understnad ur brother wife and her family meember 

1.We published the bedhakhal notice in rashtriya shahara newpaper in may'2011

2.we also register a police complaint against her in june'2011

Please tell us what is the next step.

Yesterday 24-07-2011, her (Babita) brother Bhupesh came our home with his mother, father & his friend.

he (Bhupesh) also warning us a false case of 498a. he said that "his sister will leave with you, abuse you,

threat you in future also if you not agree, i will file a false case of 498a".

Please suggest us in that situation what we  do.
