My wife has filed false 498a, DV, 406,34 etc on 9 people.
Direct arrest was done, no counseling or investigation by police before arrest.
I would like to know latest amendments in "arresting 498a accused" to be followed by Maharashtra police.
Please let me know if you have any copy of procedure to be followed by police regarding arrest, i am from Mumbai.
