498a filed in May 2012, currently the case in pending in lower court for evidence, wife has not attended a single date in last 10 months. During last hearing my lawyer messed up and did not file exemption for my family members, due to this court has issued a arrest warrant. Family members have anticipatory bail, please suggest what should be my next action, as of now I have requested the concerned station in charge to hold on till next hearing.
