Dear All,
I had hearing of 498a and recovery on maintence on same date and i have exam also on same date. So i mailed all proof of exam to my advocate and filed leave petition with these proofs but judge concelled by bail in 498a and also issued NBW in recovery petition without giving oportunity to file reply in the recovery proceeding. By saying that if the respondent send the docs to his advocate for leave petition than he also can send money for payment of maintenance. Pls advise me wht to do. also suggest me some SC rulling.
