Hi Experts,
I have filed discharge application against 498a case u/s 239.
PP was not present at the time of filing the application so Judge told to attach PP copy in the same application.
Is there a procedure to inform PP @ the discharge appliction or court itself will inform PP.
My advocate just submitted the application, nothing else.
Do next time i ask Judge to call upon the PP and tell PP to receive the copy and give say on next date?

Pls help me to understand the whole procedure which is followed in court when we file discharge application.
