Now she want to come back  and threatening

Can she file 498a?

legally will it stand in court?

what precaution should i take?

1.    Post divorce in stated facts one should not be in touch with his ex flame at all! The moment one shows even little inclination (encouragement for dialogue with his ex) these are what carries forward due to variety of feminine reasons; she did not see you enough in Court corridors – she is not able to arrange her re-marriage - she is still in love with you but due to advisory circles she opted in for MCD – she mentors you as hers only forever etc. etc. ……

2.    If all paras of MCD were committed as in handed over / taken back in good conditions and a Decree in Divorce is not challenged in an Appeal within 90 days then such future course will not stand in any Court of Law.

3.    I will not suggest to record her post MCD threats and use Criminal Law against her. Reason being the moment you lure to do so she will get chance to file Appeal against 3 months old MCD Decree with ‘delay condone’ and then it will be restart of Court corridors sightseeing by you – your side all over again.

4.    Precautions; tune your dreams of ex wife now to different productive channels.

5.    Stop all contacts even dreamy once with your ex wife.

@ sunchar--- Agreement was done in court on Rs 100 stamp paper signed by both party and parents and finally signed by opposite party advocate then notary was done.

Thanks you all for such a nice suggestion.
