Hello all,

1. what kind of cases result in "prosecution unable to prove the case" ?

2. what kind of cases result in "Acquittal due to benefit of doubt"?

3. what kind of cases results in "fasle case"?

could someone provide with examples & evidences of any few 498a cases that fall above scenarios?

do we have any 4th type scenario?

since trial is based on case to case and i saw few lower court judgments, i came to this forum to ask.
