498a trial running for about 2 years. But none of us given a copy as husband, accused 1, residing abroad. We tried splitting the case by excluding A1 but police and pp were opposed our petition. Wife and in laws came to court, submitted a petition opposing the split and also requested to bring the A1 to the court through Interpol. On this trial date FIL attended the court with knife /sword on his back visible inside his shirt. We all are scared as INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE is supporting FIL in each and every step of the case. Police take no notice on these matters. LOC is issued on A1 as well. Our petition for excluding A1 also got rejected. We don't know what to do next. Experts please advise. Thank you.
We have not given a copy of Charge Sheet yet as A1 is absconding (as per police version), never appeared in court. Experts, please also advise on A1 returning India (he is a foreign national of Indian origin).
