My wife filed 498a case against me and my mother in Jan 31st 2017. In October 2017 charge sheet filed. In September 2017 my wife was arrested on complainat filed by me based on evidence that A) she filed 498A cases against previous 2nd husband, took money B)Harassed 1 st husband mentally and on compromise divorce took gold and money C) another s*xual harassment case against a person before my marriage.I'm 4th victim. Now I want to go to high court for quashing along with the person on whom she filed s*xual harassment case along with my 498A case. She systematically trapped me by instigating me on several occasions and recorded my outbursts . I have every documentory proof of her in emails or chats asking money for s*x, sending nude photos etc and previous victims statements and they are ready to give statements in front of the judge. 1. Is it wise to file combined quashing petition with other victim for quashing in High court? 2. Is any advantage for taking stay on proceeding in lower court? 3.How much time generally it takes for quashing a case in High court
