My ex left me more than one year with drama. it was usual day when I left home for office same day her parents came with Police & took her they were forcing my house owners to give wrong statements. Owner didnt bother to give any statement & they were forcing my owners to call & inform me. Then they said as he is son-in-law & in his absence you are taking his wife you must call him we are not.
Drama over ex gave key's to owner & left saying going with my dad.
After coming back they defamed me & my family lot but no one bothered as people are aware how is her parents & my parents.
Finally one year there was no news from them.
recently they started saying my relatives they have filled 498a one year back when they escaped their daughter. Now they have filled crpc 125 in which they are stating they have filled 498a on me.
My question is :-
1) If 498a filled then does police keeps quite without informing me or calling me on cell?
2) If 498a filled is there any time limit for Police in which they have to prepare report?
3) After one year without any intimation to me still 498a is valid if they have already filled?
