1.5 year back my wife filed 498a against me. I came to know that it will start in June this year. Why there is so much delay ?
My wife has made 8 witness. 2 are her relatives(mother and cousin brother). 2 are Police officers. And one is my ex maid servant.
I will be very surprised if this case takes long time in the court. I went for Arya Samaj simple marraige.
I gave money to her mother for my son's delivery medical charges. I have proof for all this.
there is no transaction happened in my name from her side any time. In FIR she tells that if I take her back home I must be warned adeuately. FIR are seems to be quite weak.
3 People have given statement in police. Her mother, cousin brother and the maid servant.
What precations I must take now before fighting this case?
