I have filed 498a case 6 months back,. chargesheet has not been filed yet. IO is mugged up with the respondants and trying to remove one candidate from chargesheet. recently court constable has called me to Court. gumastha in court asked me whether that candidate should present in charge sheet or that person can be removed from charge sheet. I told that person should be present . so they gave date to again come after 2 months and from IO side Public prosecutor will deal the case they told . do I have to hire private lawyer for that?
and my husband has taken away my ornaments from my locker . and he knew that 1 or 2 items of my ornaments and my sister one are same. I have recently attended the function wearing my sister ornaments. my husband had taken photo of myself wearing the ornaments of my sister . he saying that the ornaments I wore was mine, he has not taken away from locker. that ornaments are my sister's ornaments and they had bill of that ornaments. so what should I do to prove that the ornaments are not mine. plz guide me regarding all the doubts.
