Dear Sunny,
Ask your cousin to give the complaint in writing to the Branch of the ICICI BANK and a copy mark to the ICICI BANK Head Office, RBI for the same and asking them to take the appropriate action on the recovery calls within 15 days, failing which you shall have no choice but to initiate legal proceedings against ICIC BANK of Criminal and Civil Nature for mental harrasment, threat to life.
You may also forward the complaint copy to the Local Police station alongwith the name & telepone number of the person who is constatly calling up for EMI.
