Wife submitted false 498A/406 complaint with police against me & my parents. No compromise in pipeline at CAW cell. My advocate insists for applying anticipatory bail for all of us, splitting us in 3 groups.
I came to know from reading here & there that wife will oppose AB petitions. What is the exact procedure of getting AB. As far as I know, we will submit anticipation of our arrest. Court will summon enquiry report of any FIR against us from concerned PS. Finding the report negative, our petition will be dismissed & advocate will pray for getting 3 days notice in case of such apprehension in future 3 months.
What is the role of wife’s party in this process. How these proceedings will be informed to her? How will she get the right to represent herself un-invited?
Sorry 4 being dumb! Also tell – is this notice period theory enough 2 save u when odds are against u??
