The lady had post marital relation, and was not happy with arranged Marriage of 4 yrs. Even a kid of 3 yrs could not divert her from her pre marriage relations. Her husband willing to continue married life but every time she was threatning him to commit suicide and last month she did it. But she had put a note confirming that her husband is not guilty, and she was feeling guilty for this act. Now the parents of lady has filed FIR u/s. 498a, 306 and few other secs. Against husband and his parents. Police has arrested all three. Now, as usual misuse of 498a is here. Secondly, 306 is for abettment for crime, but in this case, due to poor financial position, the accused are in jail.

Well chances of availing bail in a matter like this are bleak . However if argued well , success may also fall in place . A better opinion would be possible if the FIR is provided to us
