Hello everyone, recently I filed criminal defamation as a private complaint. Now can I add another 4 accused as a abettor under section 108 IPC and punishable u/s 109 thereof,?
Thank u sir for ur valuable reply, actually I filed private complaint under the authority of section 200 read with 190 CrPC, 1973. Now can u guide me if there is provision in law that I can add another accused as a abettor under section 108 IPC?
