sir l am Krishna I am govt college lecturer I was suspended for misappropriation of govt college fund about 2875000 .I was in jail for 79 days thereafter I got bail .
1) sir in my bail order it's mentioned 2875000 rupees.
2) police department prepared two charsheets. in first charsheet date is from September 2017 to February 2018 and in that they mentioned only 800000 rupees.
3) in second charsheet date is from March 2018 to July 2018 and amount 2075000.
sir my legal adviser told me that I have to get second bail.i got confused that whether I have to go to jail for once again or I can get bail?
sir in my bail order it's total amount is 2875000 but again why i have to get bail ?sir pl clear the matter.
