Sir my permanent address is of saharanpur and all the document of mine are from saharanpur address as permanent address but from last three year our family live in roorkee (uttrakhand ) now problem , and i haven;t made any document on roorkee address as accordint to uttrakhand govnmt a resident of atleast 20 year can make thier certifiacte from uttrakhand so please tell me that it would arise any problem if i use saharanpur address certificate as no one live in saharanpur ..on that address
