Hello,
My husband is youngest in the family.he has one brother and sister.
My inlaws retired recently and they have got some money and also they have own house which is self acquired. can my husband have any rights on their property?? my in laws were intrested in giving whole money to their daughter..so what can my husband do to get his share of money and house...kindly reply me.

If it is their own self acquired property - your husband can pretty much do nothing to prevent that. However if you can somehow prove that these properties were acquired from proceeds from the sale of ancestral properties, then in that case - he can lay a claim on that - and seek partition.
