About will

my father have written a will in favour of me in a concord sheet,dualy signed by two witness but not registered,is it  liable or not ,now my father is no more.

The WILL should be valid.

At the same time it can be contested too.

Your lawyer may opine that WILL may be probated.

Discuss with local lawyer handling such cases.

Your fathers will is a valid will , go on proceed to transfer it in your name .

Yes, Will is valid will. It is an old saying, "A dying person writing on a wall (Will) is also valid one."

The Will is valid, if there is no objection of obstruction while acting upon it, you may proceed acquiring the properties of the Will peacefully.
