sir mere papa ne mere aur mere Bhai ke naam vasiyat Nama karya Dec 5 ko air mere papa ka dehant Feb 9 2018 ko ho Gaya MERI do soteli Bhan hai jinone mukda dayar Kar diya hai aur Jo vasiyat ke gawah the wo un ki taraf ho Gaye Jo property hai wo kheti ki jamin hai is case Mai kya ho Sakta hai

plz suggest me how to save my property from my Stape sister's

Because your father died intestate executing awill deed in your favour you are alway entitled to such properties provided it is not forged.

If the Will is proved to be legal and genuine last Will of your father...nobody gets anything from his property if he made you his only beneficiary.

People can claim but whether they can get anything is decided in the court of Law. The burden to prove that the Will is genuine and legal is on the person who claims to be the beneficiary of the Will (in this case its You.)

The opponents have to prove that the will is not genuine and legal.
