Notice of Resignation should be addressed to appointing authority and sent by Redg. post. You may also obtain POD and certified copy of run sheet of postman from PO. Don’t forget to mention number of dsya of notice and effective date of resignation and that NO Tasks are pending at your end, and to whom you should handover the charge. You may affirm that notice pay as per correct and applicable notice period/pay may be adjusted in FnF statement and same be supplied to you by Redg. post for verification and acceptance by you.
Avoid mentioning words and terms like; KT etc…………..
Even if there is some resignation software tool in company avoid it and submit resignation by redg. post and later if you are forced mention in portal page the Redg. post number and date generate printouts.
HR personnel/Line Manager is not your employer. They are just another employee in company like you.
Record all calls/meetings (audio/visual). Submit minutes by redg. post.
You have a valid reason for separation.

What is your designation and nature of duties?
Has your service been confirmed in writing?
Since how many month’s you are working with this company?
Are you a member of employee's/ Trade Unions?
