What is your problem? State full facts of the case. It is not a tuition center to tell Act, rules, and law for lands.

Sir through internet search, I think , Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955, is the concern Act applicable . But what are the recent Rules or Law applicable , kindly let me know. Sir, as matter of learning any body can go through the concern law/ rules to know the stand of govt. It's your kindness if you share your knowledge.

Land Land Revenue is a State subject
Each State has its own Laws.

As advised by experts, land laws are State subject which differ from one state to another.
Earlier few experts from West Bengal used to oblige queriest on this platform, now they are busy in their professional and domestic affairs. Presently you can not be obliged by experts, who do not practice revenue in West Bengal.
It would be better to seek professional guidance from a local prudent lawyer if it is a real problem, however, for academic exercise your tutor would be the better person.
An examination like question paper may be avoided for an obligation of experts.
