Adjudication

a power of attorney from a NRI living abroad needs to be adjudicated within 3 months of reaching India.Property registration jurisdiction is Chinsurah in Hooghly district. Now adjudication (stamp duty) has to be done/paid only in Chinsurah or can be done in Tamilnadu also where I live.

Can be done at tamilnaidu as well..... Subject to production of strict residential proofs....
