Adletary as ground for divorce

Dear all,

can any one throw light in the subject matter that under what circumstances divorce is granted by the court  for divorce on ground of adultery.

the marriage is unioin of soul and body. but if one individual has reasonable ground to believe that  her spouse is interested and in love with some other person though may not the physical relationship. it is difficult for that individual to stay with her spouse.

can court give relief to such individual by granting devorce. please express your opinion on same.

Mere suspicious can not be a ground for divoed  based on Adultery as a ground. Ofcourse, it is very difficult to prove adultery as it is union between two in secrecy and not in open space, as such in spite of going for divorce spell out your inner feeling how you feel about his conduct with the pther person etc. Take time and try to make him understand your feeling by his new conduct.

COLLECT THE WRITTEN PROOF OR OTHER PROOF OF HER IMMOTIONS AND MENTAL ATTACHMENT WITH HIM. THEN CONTACT MY EMAIL ADS, FOR NEXT STEP.

PLEASE DO NOT MIND, SHE MIGHT BE INNOCENT. IF SHE IS NOT INNOCENT, THEN ONLY START A CASE.
