What is your locus standi /concern qua rights of adoptive minor on attaining 18 years of age, if it is not an academic question ?

1. The duly adopted Child is absolutely entitled to all rights including property rights of his adopted Parents.

2. The biological parents of the Child, do not have any rights whatsoever on any property of the adopted child.

I am afraid that a child that completed 18 years is having more duties and fewer rights and the only right is getting a legitimate share in ancestral property and that is the only thing.  Unless the actual issue is posted, you can not expect exact guidance.

What are the facts? What is the context?
