Adultary by father-in-law

Here is a   case , wherein  Father-in-Law is having a illicit relation with a blood relative. As It was opposed by the son-in-law , father -in-law took his daughter and their children away from son-in-law. And filed a DV case against him . But in the name "FAMILY HONOR" . For this activity daughter is also co-operated . As son-in-law is not interested in having any cordial relationship with in-laws., he severed all the relations.  Son-in-law and his parents were always attaked physically and abused in market area/ residential area and many times given police complaints agisnt them. Now any have the DV case is going on in a local court.

What to Do? kindly advice.

Query details are scanty and there are wild allegations against the father in law about his so called "illicit" affair. Since you have severed all relationships with in laws they still remain legally valid since you have not divorced.

There is no question of divorce. In law making Son-in-Law to come the normal terms. So that he can have a image in the society. And allegetions are not WILD. Son-in-law silent on this on going affair. That not to say any thing about  the "lady" who is involved in his life and is not socielly accepted relation.

Avoid them all. Find a cute chic ,have fun with her and let a lawyer handle your in laws. Life's too short to be wasted on fighting battles even if you are not wrong.
