Adverse or permissive posession

Oral partition occured between coparceners with exclusion of female heirs 45 yrs back as they are not coparceners prior to 2005. After oral partition same got mutated in revenue records as independent share holders and they are in seperate possession of property, even pattadar pass books and title deeds were issued seperately by revenue authorities 25 yrs back. Will it create title in the form of adverse possession or just it is a permissive possession.

Oral partition is valid in the eyes of law subjected to certain conditions and since the property has been partitioned accordingly and its been in posession for almost 45 years there is nothing to worry about
