With reference to my Query, I would like to brief the case as per following details;
1. That Sale Deed has been made on 03-05-1989 in the favour of two people.
2. That Area Mentioned in sale deed only 4 Dismal.
3. That as per Sale Deed, Boundaries was mentioned.
4. That as per Boundaries total area is approximate 16 Dismal.
5. That Mutation has been done after registry.
6. That Possession is continuing since registry.
7. That no any objection or obstruction from any person since till date.
One more Important thing is here, that previous owner was also did same thing.
Now Request to you Kindly advice me properly.
How can sell the whole property?
How can get the title deed of whole Property?
What are the processes for same?
Property is situated at Jaunpur District in Uttar Pradesh
