advice

Sir ,There was some disputes with neighbor now they are filling case agaist us and they are including my brother who is mah state govt servant (teacher). Is there wil problem with his service? What to do?

Generate evidence (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted) that your brother was not at fault.

 

Registration of criminal complaint against govt.servant can lead to inquiry and implications.

 

Consult an able Labor Law Consultant/Service Matters Lawyer/Law Firm and employee's union leaders.
