Advice on anticipatory bail

The accused (Husband) is already in judicial custody. Hence a regular Bail application can be filed before the court of first instance. If, the lower court grants the bail, it is good, or else you may move the sessions court for seeking regular bail. If, the sessions court does not consider the relief of bail, then you can still go before the High Court and get the bail.

Consult the lawyer, who would prepare the bail application. Your lawyer may visit the jail authorities and get the papers signed by the accused.
