Advice pls

My marriage got completed 3 months now...but sincemore then 1 month I m at my paternal home.., husband is not taking me back at matrimonial home n giving new DT.thru SMS.... he never call or pick phone unless we call on office landline...n gets angry for calling at office. My whole in laws fly Dont pick or call back .what legal action we can take? Note we reside different state.....
