advice what to be done

There is a dispute for property among 2 brothers and six
sisters.The brothers have captured the property summing upto 2 crores and one sister is maintaining a property of 25 lakhs .The brothers are neglecting and harassing neither they want to listen to anyone.So what should be done for justice.

The property acquired by brothers is in the name of the dead parents of theirs but the property which is under one sister is recently mutated with all the papers and real documents

If, the parents have passed away without executing any Will. Thereafter succession will open equally to every son and daughter. Any aggrieved son or daughter may file suit for partition in a Civil Court where the immoveable property is located.

Mutation alone does not conifer any title. Just issue alegal notice to all of heirs and get the property partitioned ; You need to challenge the mutation before the revenue court.

The lady who has mutated her name recently is willing to give the shares to everyone but the brothers are not willing to give shares to anyone, moreover they don't want to go into very log court cases .
