advocate not giving NOC to change my lawyer

advocate not giving NO OBJECTION to change my advocate.
he is torturing, suit was also dismissed for default.
i am defendant.

If it is dismissed for default then it is easy ,no advocate s NOC is required,when it is dismissed u r not plaintiff y u worrying.

Dismissal of suit in default is against the plaintiff for which you need not seek NOC to replace your lawyer as the suit is closed.

Yes, there is nothing to worry when the suit has been dismissed for default. Even if the plaintiff files a restoration application, you can angage another advocate. If the present advocate refuses to give the NOC, you bring the matters to the notice of the Court through an affidavit and get the requisite permission.
