I would like to file an alligation case in front of lokayukt uttar pradesh against ABSA block bankeyganj, regarding the corruption in scholarship in the all school of block bankeyganj, kheri, UP. sufficient information is already available in the website of scholarshipup & school report card as evidence, out of this i have send a RTI application sepratly to have the proper evidence. Information not received yet, after a month.
The alligation would be against "Khand shiksha adhikari-Bankeyganj" who provided direct benifit to pradhan & principle as well as he take benifit himself, because he is the authority to cmplile the proposal for scholarship at block level and he is responsible to check/inspection the actual student present in the school.
I would like to approach to lokayukt UP for proper investigation of such kind of corruption, Corruption amount would be approx minimum two crores in all 231 schools of this block in last 5 years. For the same I am need your help as its first time to me to approach lokayukt.
Requesting you all, please provide proper details to approach lokayukt UP, as well as format of required affidavit to file the case.
