Dear All,
Government has included Agarwal Baniya in OBC. I dont have anything to substantiate my sub caste as Baniya however my Janakundali clearly mentions my Vansh as Baniya.Can I use Janamkundali for proving my sub caste? If anyone can tell me how to prove that I belong to Baniya sub- caste. Please tell...if any one have any case law on same plz help me....

Law doesn't believe in Astrology and myths. Also see your state list of reserved class or special classification of caste. Caste status is taken differently in different states. Get a 'Caste Certificate' issued to you by making an application to the class I administrative officer by providing relevant documents(Ask in your local jurisdiction).
