Hi My query is-
In a private Co., there are 3 shareholders, out of which only 1 can be personally present. And acc. to law, there has to be 2 members personally present.
Is it possible, that we show in AGM that the quorum is not present and adjourn it to next week, same time and place. In adjourned meeting also, no quorum is present and one shareholder present shall constitute the quorum.
Kindly confirm, if this can be done.
