"A" is owner of land and develop the said land for residential plot and home and give a membership of club. First the owner sale the plot and registered a sale deed in purchaser name after N.A Order. The one pera of sale deed mention that "Such construction shall be caused to be put up by the Purchaser through the agency of Construction Agency that may be appointed by the Vendor from time to time. Such construction will be put up for such rates of construction as may be stipulated from time to time." Thereafter the construction start on the said plot and the purchser not paid a cost of construction and give a notice for this. My question is :-
(1) when we registered a sale deed of plot and thereafter we construction on the said plot when we give a possession of the said plot / plot with construction. (Any condition add in sale deed for possession after consturction?)
(2) Constuction Agreement is necessary but in plot sale deed i give a possession of plot and chenges in sale deed draft?
please sand a draft copy of sale deed of plot with mention condition the possession of consturction of residential home.
