Dear Experts,
Our co. is a real estate co. and launched the residential project in maharashtra. the bookings are started but still we yet not have N.A. Order or Bldg. Permission from the corporation.We have also applied before some of the banks for finance, but the banks demand us the draft of agreement to sale & deed of declaration.
Can I execute the deed of declaration & agreement to sale with prospective clients without the permission?
Pls. advice as early as possible, as I only stuck in this matter.
